Ronen responded to our online request within one day. He was extremely professional and very honest. The repair was more costly than what we had hoped for, but the parts were expensive and his actual labour was not that costly. He was also open to negotiating a slightly better price and honoured the $20.00 discount for new customers. He provided us with a breakdown for the job and it was reasonable. He was reliable and prompt and fixed the malfunctioning faucet without additional cost. I would definitely hire Ronen again and highly recommend him.
