Sean is absolutely awesome. He is very patient and friendly. He really spent time with us explaining the products. We got two sets of sofa from him and the price was unbeatable! Unlike other salesperson, Sean set the expectation right and didn't make unrealistic promise just to sell the furniture. He told us the sofa will take 4 months and could be longer due to the European shut down in the summer. He could have told us 3 months and got our business first, but he didn't. At the end, one piece arrived in 4 months, another piece a little longer. So no surprise. It has been a terrific experience. This store is a hidden gem in Toronto!
