Our furnace broke down on a cold winter day and they were able to come to our house fairly quickly to do the necessary repair. He also offered many options for us to consider. So, we were very pleased.
The installer is very professional. The workmanship is of good quality. My wife and I are very happy with the product. In fact, one of the pieces had a minor defect and he was more than happy to return for the second time to just exchange that piece. This was done during weekend to suit our schedule. So, overall a happy experience!
