Custom Wood Shutters

We had just bought a new home and needed to cover several windows as soon as possible. I was referred to Craftsman Custom Shutters by another extremely satisfied customer, and must say, we are also very happy and satisfied. After placing a call for measurements and a quote, Craftsman Custom Shutters were extremely prompt, and the time between the quote and installation was extremely fast. The shutters themselves are very well built, and the installation is flawless. Not only that, the installation process was incredibly efficient. We still require several windows to be covered and will look no further than Craftsman Custom Built Shutters.

Fantastic service from start to finish!! Craftsman quickly responded to my request, quoted and had my shutters ordered and installed in less than two weeks. Their staff were helpful and friendly. I am so happy with the results. My shutters look amazing!! The pricing was the best I could find and the quality is fantastic!! If I had the need, I use this company over and over again!! Good product

Markham

Installation was delayed due to inaccurate measurements taken by Chris but was removed and corrected by another very professional team member. Overall Happy with product. I would have given 4 stars if it wasn't for the incorrect measurement and waiting with no privacy for a week before the installation was completed perfectly the 2nd time. 2 Bay windows was a complicated situation that needed a very skilled person to measure as it was not what was expected. Chris was not the best person for the measurement portion of the job. Chris was friendly and a nice person to get the basic quote from.

I had installed shutters on 2 bedroom windows and kitchen bay window. Turnaround was only a few weeks and installer was prompt and finished quickly. Very happy with end result.
Am considering to have shutters on my living room window and would not hesitate to call Craftsman again.

We had Craftsman install all of our shutters in the home we built in 2015. Six years later, the team came back and measured for one additional window. While there, they also offered to take back two arched shutters in a bedroom that had knotholes visible through the spray. The new shutters and the resprayed arched shutters are a perfect match to the existing colour. Pretty great service after such a long time!

Craftsman Custom Built Shutters was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I had 2 sets of shutters refinished for our upstairs bedrooms & a new set built & installed in our downstairs guest room. They custom matched my colour perfectly & delivered/installed the shutters when promised. Thanks to Adrienne, Wayne & Mitchell for the excellent customer service!
