Dan was prompt during the initial consultation as well as during the renovation day. He provided all the possible options and explained some of the risks. Compared to the other quotes/consultations I got, Dan was straightforward and did not try to up sell or make the project sound more complicated. During the renovation day, he took his time (measured twice and cut once) to avoid any unnecessary damage or repairs in the ceiling. In the end, it was perfect and exactly what we had hoped for.
