We hired Sabat for our basement apartment and separate entrance drawings/approval from the city back in May 2021. They are very kind and approachable with questions and advice. THIS IS A MIDWAY REVIEW: because our file is still pending at the city for approval (Mehri has been in contact with the city of Oshawa for over 6 months now and they told her that due to Covid delays, city has been behind in approvals). hopefully it doesn't take much longer because we didn't think approval would go past 2-3 month mark when we originally planned to take on this project and hired Sabat Architect Inc. I will write a full detailed review for Sabat and their services when all the work is completed. So far they have been amazing to work with and at replying to emails/messages when I ask for approval updates from the city. I did recommended them to two of my clients back in July and August of 2021.

I used JDesigners to renovate my kitchen and basement; work was exceptionally completed, and price was very reasonable for the specific requirements I outlined. Being in the Real Estate business, I have since recommended them to my clients and will continue to do so with confidence.
