UPDATE2: They showed up yesterday (Nov 30th) and replaced my garage door capping. I find they could have been better at answering the messages, but they did the work after all, and their results are very good. UPDATE: the initial work was great, and they told me that once I replaced my garage door they would come back to replace the capping, as it was part of the quote. I replaced it on May and I have been trying to reach them out with no luck. I tried in June, and then they said that july, then August, then they were on vacation and told me once they were back, but nothing. Then again they said mid September... It is mid October now and I have been trying to reach them and still no answer. Once they get their money they ignore you. -------------- They were very professional. Always on time, very patiently explaining what they were doing and why, and asking us about our preferences. There were no surprises with the quote, I paid what we agreed, and they did not even asked for a deposit. I paid in full once I was satisfied with the results. At the beginning, there was a misunderstanding about what we wanted to do with the existing siding, but once I called them they solved it in a matter of seconds. Very reliable and always available for questions. We are very happy with the results, you can see that they are detailed oriented and they took care of the everything, including cleaning afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about replacing their siding.
