Mike and Brad came out to identify the cause of a roof leak (roof was done in 2012 by a company no longer in business). Starting in the basement where the leak was coming down the waste stack suggested the leak was a flashing problem. Inspection on the roof confirmed the issue. A few days later they were back with the materials needed to fix the problem. I appreciated their attitude, expertise and comprehensive fix of the problem. I am really pleased with Sunik Roofing and their employees!

Wes and Linda were GREAT to deal with!! (1) A willow in the backyard had a trunk consisting of 3 main limbs, the largest of which was cracked. It was growing over our fence (if it broke it would have destroyed our fence and a neighbors across the alley). A tricky removal was handled smoothly with a bucket truck and the company's expertise. Removal included stump grinding. Limbs were cut into 12-18” rounds stacked in the backyard. Smaller limbs were chipped into mulch I had saved for mulch. (2) Our Mayday tree had black knot which was removed as much as possible. Everything was done as quoted and scheduled - thanks guys!! (till next time)

I participated in the walk through and learned a few things myself. Thanks for a job well done!!

We had carpet installed on our stairs, hallway and basement. We also replaced the lino in a bathroom with tiles. Mat was extremely helpful in selecting the tile and providing advice about selecting carpet. The tile installer did a wonderful, meticulous job and the carpet installers were also very competent. We are very pleased with the results -- Thanks Guys!!

In Sept 2014 we had a certified arborist (Kristina) from the tree doctor assess the damage to our trees in NW Calgary from the snow storm. The bucket truck showed up a few weeks later and the crew did a wonderful job of removing deadwood and pruning ripped and broken limbs. Kristina had also spotted black knot on a Mayday and that was dealt with as well. This spring (2015) we had Your Tree Doctor back to fertilize several of the damaged trees with a systemic food implant. While doing the job they noticed an infestation of aphids and treated a willow with an insecticide. Over the years we have had a number of different pruning contractors by and these folks are the best in terms of punctuality, quality and timeliness - and for a fair price!!!

Our furnace is several years old and I wanted to get a quote on replacing it this spring rather than having it conk out at -30 one cold winter day. A competitor quoted thousands - Curt told me we have a great (though old) furnace and to just replace parts as they go. Thanks for saving us tons of money and putting our minds at ease Curt - we will definitely call when the time comes!!
