James was wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable. He told me this old piano that I got free on craigslist is still in good condition and doesn't need repair. He told me a cheap way to fix the sticky keys: put silica gel packs in the piano to absorb the moisture. He could have sold me an expensive repair job, but he didn't. Thanks James. See you again for the next tuning.

Company Response

You have to cheque it everyday and remove it once its working again.

Also not all the piano can be cured in this way.

This should be "ONLY" treated by proper inspecting by the piano tuner or technician.

Thank you for your time and see you on tuning!
