We had called another company who never came out to give a quote, so we called Big Leaf. They did a site visit and gave us a quote (over the phone, then with a follow-up email) within a week, and within another week the work was done. The clean up was so thorough that it was hard to tell anyone had been there - except for the fact that the work was done exactly as we had requested. They did crush a few plants in their clean-up efforts, but nothing that can't be replaced easily.

We have used Anna's Housekeeping for a number of years and have been very happy. The very first time, we had a cleaner who didn't meet our expectations (she was OK, just not great), so we let the service know and they sent someone new the next time. The next cleaner was excellent and was with us for at least a year. When she went on mat leave they found someone else for us so we didn't miss a beat. Our dishwasher had an obvious leak, which Adriano fixed in minutes. But as he was very thoroughly checking his work by running the dishwasher and watching for leaks, he noticed another much smaller leak. He then spent the next hour diagnosing and ultimately fixing the problem. Above and beyond.
