Amazing work replacing glass on three windows installed in 1996. Albi was the most responsive contractor on homestars with competitive pricing and quick turn around. We discovered two of the initial windows were installed upside down in 1996 but Albi was able to troubleshoot through this and get the job done no issues.

We hired ME Contracting in July 2021 for a full Backyard Renovation. Our Fibreglass pool was in ground November 2021 and we were swimming June 2022 as promised. This quick timeline speaks for itself in the height of a pandemic. We had at least five, if not more, quotes from different and highly reputable landscape contractors in Toronto that summer. While the prices were all comparable, the Project Manager Daryl @ ME was the star of the show. From the first meeting onsite to today (6 months after the job has been completed), Daryl was extremely responsive, helpful and quick to address any questions and concerns we had. We did not use their in-house architect but designed most of the space based on our own vision. Daryl was very accommodating recognizing we lacked experience knowledge and were constantly changing our minds and the plans. We also worked at times with Eitan (particularly when Daryl was away) and made some good game-time decisions like extending our deck based on his advice. Overall, any issues that did arise or concerns we had through the process were acknowledged and addressed efficiently. While Daryl was the main reason we signed on the dotted line, there were many other advantages offered by ME, that other contractors did not possess. MEs initial quote was fully transparent without any aspects left TBD. At no point did we find hidden fees or adjustments to the price even though it was clear during the pandemic the cost of materials and labour were rising. This speaks to their integrity. They honoured their commitment to us. The vast majority of the work was done by their teams rather than subcontractors which greatly sped up the process and, in our opinion, improved accountability. Their showroom was fantastic in helping us choose our finishes and visualize different aspects of the build (ie. the pergola, fencing, stone, decking). The entire team that worked on our backyard was fantastic, extremely polite and respectful. Blakes crew (Claude, Garret, Bobby) were phenomenal and were able to get most of the landscaping and fencing done before the winter. Stefan and Cleos crew built our deck and the pergola working around some near record snowfall in the winter. Casey was a gem at the start and end of the project cleaning up and loose ends. Our neighbours made some requests at the end regarding the fencing and Daryl and Casey were very quick to accommodate them. Finally. Freddy did a fantastic job during pool installation, providing a clean equipment setup and maintenance through the summer. Our overall experience was excellent, and the final result speaks for itself. If given the choice, we would choose ME contracting again and have no hesitation referring them to our friends. Looking forward for them to landscape our front yard next.

Fantastic experience with Tony. I got 3 quotes from HomeStars but really enjoyed speaking with Tony about the project so went with Professional Gutters. They job was completed in one full day. I put in a service call to relocate one downspout after the job was done and Jake took care of it within a week. If youre reading this, dont bother looking elsewhere. Go with Tony and Jake.

Roof Repairs removed an old satellite dish off my roof and repaired the shingles. Time from quote to service was <72hrs. Very satisfied with customer service overall job and will be using them again next time I need a roof repair!

Hired Vittorio for a Dryer Vent cleanout on the second floor. He came the first day to look at the job as it was a very tight space with stacked washer dryer and no access. Second day, he arrived on time, and managed to clean interiorly and exteriorly. I was very pleased with his service and plan to hire him again.

I wasn't impressed with the service provided. Charged $300 to change a circuit breaker. What disappointed me the most, is that they brought a fused and burnt circuit breaker from their car and tried to convince me that it was my breaker they had just replaced. I pointed out clearly this was not my breaker (I had pictures of my panel). When confronted, they quickly changed and said "this is what would have happened eventually" I would recommend you choose another company
