we found the installation crew was FANTASTIC! they installed the windows and doors,(17 in total)all in one day! on time, on budget, and cleaned up well! a couple of adjustments we needed done were handled promptly! We had a stained glass window in our old bay window, that they measured, and re-installed in our new window!
