Dwayne with Cool Flame provided excellent pricing and service. There was no pressure to buy either appliance (which were purchased months apart). He was on time for both installs and completed each one within hours. He covered the halls and steps with a runner and cleaned up the area completely after he was finished. Dwayne provided maintenance tips for us and did not try to sell any type of regular maintenance but told us what to watch for and when we might want to have someone do a service check in the future. When we had questions after the install, he quickly provided answers by phone and email.
