Mike was recommended to us to use to maintain our HVAC while the owner is out of the country and renting it to a tenant. He has done two service calls this year on the AC and failed to mention at either instance that multiple parts were at the end of life and that the until should be replaced. He only provided this information after being intensly questioned about the condition of the unit. Now we need to spend additional money to replace the air conditioner after having wasted $550 (before taxes) on new parts for a failing unit. Because of his unprofessional approach to business and his lack of ability to keep the total lifetime value in consideration we will be sure to not use this company or Mike's services again. We recommend for those who do not want to waste money on pointless service calls to use other providers.

I called oest end today, and they were able to send an inspector the same day withing a few hours. Luqman was our inspector and he was both very thorough and took his time to explain to me what he was doing. The inspection took about 30 minutes from start to end, which i think was a good amount of time. He was very professional, and very polite. We did not have bed bugs (thank God!) and we feel much better about the state of our house having heard this! I was happy to pay $70.00 for a service that was professional, timely and thorough. We would recommend Luqman as he is very knowledgeable and very thorough!
