Choosing new carpeting can be overwhelming due to all the choices but Perry made the process easy. He readily identified our needs and made the selection process simple. Perry, Joe, Sam and Ryan were always available to answer our numerous questions. Ali and Bell installed our carpet and their years of expertise is clearly evident. We can't speak highly enough about the exceptional service we received from all the employees at Clark Basement Systems. Right from our initial request for a quote through to job completion everyone was informative, pleasant and professional. Our basement flooded twice this summer due to excess rain water overflowing into our window well. Rob Malcomson thoroughly inspected the inside and outside of our home. His years of experience and expertise allowed us to make an informed decision. Rob provided brochures and a computer presentation that were visually helpful. The days following our visit Rob was always available by phone to answer any new questions we had. Luke and Tyrone installed our new window well. Luke initially took the time to look at all possible options that would give us the best outcome. We are garden lovers and our well is situated amongst plants in a small working space. We were impressed with Luke's talent managing the excavator in tight conditions with minimal impact on the surroundings. Luke and Tyrone were organized and meticulous. They were exceptionally conscientious regarding the protection of our lawn and plants. Our garden looks the same as before the new window well was installed! Amber kept us informed regarding scheduled visits by phone and email. We also received product and a personal profile on Rob in the mail. We couldn't be more impressed with Clarke Basement Systems. We highly recommend Westview paving after having our driveway/concrete replaced and relaying of our interlocking brick. Frank always phoned to inform us of time frames and expected arrivals. His crew that removed our old asphalt and installed the base stone were professional, efficient, polite, accommodating and neat. We were most anxious because we were going to be away from our home the scheduled day of repaving. Frank responded promptly to our emails and reassured us regarding any of our questions or concerns. Upon our arrival home our driveway looked beautiful! The lifting and relaying of of our interlocking brick to match the new level of the driveway and prevent pooling of drainage was so well done we didn't even know it had been relayed! Frank's years of experience, high tech equipment and skilled workers gave us wonderful results that we will enjoy for many years.
