As a birthday gift to my mom, I had 3 of her rooms and staircases carpet cleaned while she was away in New York. I was thrilled that Canadian Steam Carpet Cleaners offered evening hours where another large service company did not. The persons I interacted with on the phone were courteous and helpful. The technician arrived right on time. He was friendly yet professional and went straight to work. Very impressed with how thorough he was - at one point, I saw my mom's loveseat flipped over to clean the stained strip along the sofa bottom. It's been years since my mom had her carpet cleaned, so the result was quite impressive. The price was reasonable (compared to the larger service company, it's like I got the stain-proofing for free). I used their coupon which is frequently available through the (junk)mail. I would highly recommend this company.
