DONT CALL!!
I have been dealing with these guys for over a year now trying to fix a leak in my roof. I have had patch jobs that did not work, a vent installed that not only did not stop the leaking but all the shingles AROUND the vent blew away a few months later. I was told there was no warranty on the work and actually had to pester them to even come back to repair all the shingles that blew away. Leak still not fixed.
Now the leak had gotten even worse. It is showing up in another area in addition to the first area. I attempted to contact them for the next two months to get them back to fix this once and for all, and I did not receive any reply.
I finally complained to a coworker who happened to be employing their services (in a professional capacity) I told her the nightmare I had been having with them and she helped me get in touch with one of their Managers (Scott Lee). He personally came out to my house and seemed genuinely concerned with the service I had received and assured me he would get this done right. He told me he would be in touch with me soon to schedule the work. A couple weeks went by. I called to follow up.
Left messages. No reply.
Sent emails. No reply.
Finally I managed to get Scott on the phone and he told me that he was having trouble finding shingles that would work with what I already had. Sounded like an excuse but I took him at his word. He said that he was going to source out some shingles that day and get back to me.
Never heard from them again.
I foolishly sent a couple more emails and left a couple more messages.
But it was I who got the message, loud and clear.
AAA left me hanging with a roof that still leaks.
I guess it's great if they do a good job, but if they don't. Good luck.
