We hired Kia to replace all knob and tube and ungrounded wires in a 60 year-old home. Our experience with Kia was great right from the beginning. When he initially visited for a quote, he gave us great ideas of where to put plugs, and how to best divide the circuits. He and his team were always on time. One of the outstanding aspects of his work was that very little damage was done to the existing walls when he was replacing wires. The small holes that he did create were patched up. Kia's techniques and ideas were top notch, and he stands by his work. Overall, his work was of great quality, it was on time and on budget. We would re-hire him for further work, and highly recommend him to others.

Everest plumbing did a very professional inspection and startup of our hydronic heating system, while also educating the home owners on its proper usage and maintenance requirements. They were on time, polite, and efficient.

Frank Bernardo inspected two houses for us. On both occasions, he demonstrated a solid knowledge of homes, professionalism, friendliness, and great work ethic. He was extremely thorough with the home inspection starting with the roof, exterior, interior, right down to the crawl space of a house. We were impressed that he had a separate pair of shoes that he wore inside the house to prevent from dirtying the place, showing respect for the properties that he inspects. He went the extra mile to climb into small spaces (through a trap door to the attic, and squeezing past tightly fitted appliances to reach the crawl space) to ensure that he could take pictures to make a thorough assessment of the property. He used up-to-date equipment to be able to measure various things in and around the house. During the inspection, he provided a lot of information about what he was finding, and also provided a lot of useful advice on future maintenance on the home. The next morning after the home inspection, Frank already sent us the home inspection report, which was detailed and contained many pictures to help illustrate the findings. A couple of months after completing the home inspection, he still promptly helped us by providing further details about the house when we were applying for home insurance. Overall, we highly recommend Frank Bernardo as a home inspector. He did a great job for us!!
