This was the best experience I have had with a contractor coming to my home. My AC had broke, I had a few companies in. All said that it was way too costly to repair and better to get a new system. Cool Flame came in and he talked about all the options. He even educated me on filters and what I needed and didn't need. He diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner (ended up not being the same problem that others had said). He was able to repair my system and it is working great. The customer service offered by this company was fantastic. They offered next day service, education on systems and maintenance, great prices and piece of mind. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone. I will also be having him back to do my fall maintenance of my furnace.
