An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Tony from Ancoe did our investment property home inspection in Ajax. I talked to him over the phone regarding the property inspection, he took down all the necessary information and I got an email with all the details for confirmation with in few hours. He showed up earlier than the appointment time and started the inspection outside the property. He was on the roof and took many pictures for us. He found some key issues in the property during his inspection and he is very knowledgeable, patient (with my repeated questions) and informative. This was a very old house and we were worried about Aluminum wiring etc. and Tony helped us to understand how he checks for it and where to look for it etc. A few days after the inspection I had a few questions and I left a voicemail for Tony, he returned my call (even though, I was outside the country and it was a long distance call for Tony) and helped me to answer my questions. A week later; I requested few pictures he made and it was sent to my email within the same day. Overall I found his service very helpful and I would strongly suggest his service to anyone and I will be happy to use his service again in future. Great job Tony.
