I have nothing but kind words to say about the owner, Steve Mercer. Since the first call I've made I was greeted with professionalism. I had several quotes from other door companies and can honestly say Fortress was the best and lowest quote. Steve came the same day to do an estimate and within 2 days I had guys install the patio door and my new back door entrance completed. It was better than I expected. Every detail was done by these guys, I basically had nothing to clean up afterward. This was done back in April 2015. Unfortunately, my anxious dog chewed my new door 5 months later and it was beyond repair. I decided to call Steve once again and he made an effort to come and assess the damage that same day. Steve gave me once again the best possible quote and came back within 5 days to fix it. I would highly recommend anyone that needs a patio door install or a new access door done to call Fortress Windows and Doors Inc. Thank you kindly for all the services you provided.
