I had an emergency and the plumber came in within an hour and half and looked at the problem. He saw what the problem was and gave me an estimate of the problem. He fixed the problem, opening the toilet up, it was fast and he cleaned after him self. He told me that if I can become a member I would receive, member discounts anytime I needed the service again. I agreed and became a member with a discount on the job done the same day. I was pleased with the service and would recommend Mr. Rooter.

We moved into this house 4 months ago and we have a lot of stuff from the previous owner as well as our own renovations etc. I called Des and he was here in two days time. Right off the bat he was very friendly and gave me a run down of how much it would cost. He told me just put all the stuff you do not want here and I will throw it in the bin. So I told him what I have and he just went to work even destroying an old picnic bench with his jack hammer. He seemed very fair with his job and attitude towards things. He worked very quickly and got the job done no matter what I had to get rid of. I highly recommend this man and his company.

Paul was very good at explaining everything to me about the ducts. He seemed very honest in his work. He went through the house checking everything, not missing anything. His rates are reasonable and he works fast by himself. He was explaining everything to the point that I felt I was overloaded with information, but for a person who knows little or nothing about ducts and furnaces it was useful the next time I need the service.
