We needed to have a porch railing installed as the previous owners hadn't invested in putting one in place. When I contacted Rj Railings, they were punctual with there reply back and sent someone to provide me with a quote in a timely manner. Joe was very personable and knowledgable about the cost difference between the different railing styles, and I didn't feel pressured into any decision either way. The railing was installed efficiently while my husband and i were at work and we are thrilled with the finished product. In addition, worth mentioning, we were plesantly surprised to see they also took away the old rail remnants.
