I have used this company two years in a row. Each time they schedule a chimney cleaning they tell me who will be coming and when. They call the day before to confirm and they show up on time. I had tried a number of different outfits - some wouldn't call back, others showed up but then complained my chimney was too big to clean, others said they had cleaned it but ... the first time Magic Touch came they pulled out a Globe and Mail newspaper from 1961. I really appreciate knowing these guys are doing what they claim.

We were very pleased with the way our project came together. Jerry and Cindy were great to work with and the skilled trades and project people they have on their team are excellent. We had our third floor bathroom torn down to the studs - everything went in the garbage. There were some difficult issues with plumbing, insulation and electrical (typical of an 90 year old home with parts untouched for decades) and the group put everything right. We "lived in" while the reno was happening and the people arriving each day couldn't have been nicer or neater. Despite some unexpected complications the project was completed within a few days of our original schedule. We would definitely recommend this company.

I've purchased beautiful window coverings from Model Space Designs and am extremely happy with the outcome. The fabrics I selected for Roman shades and Drapes are so unique and work exceptionally well in my space. It has made a huge difference. I worked with Sara who went out of her way to customize these treatments for my particular taste and needs . Her design background is evident by her ability to mix colours and patterns. I will be recommending them .
