Arrived on time and did a great job
I have used this company two years in a row. Each time they schedule a chimney cleaning they tell me who will be coming and when. They call the day before to confirm and they show up on time.
I had tried a number of different outfits - some wouldn't call back, others showed up but then complained my chimney was too big to clean, others said they had cleaned it but ... the first time Magic Touch came they pulled out a Globe and Mail newspaper from 1961.
I really appreciate knowing these guys are doing what they claim.
