Carlos was alble to do this job on Saturday morning, great for both my wife and I being off work. We were able to choose a colour that morning and Carlos was able to obtain it and complete the job. Woke up to no hot water today, booked an appointment online very quickly for this afternoon. Christian called 10 minutes before he arrived at the appointed time. He was pleasant and courteous, he quickly found the problem and fixed it. He explained what did and what caused it to happen. He cleaned up the job site completely before leaving. The price was exactly what he said it was going to be. Very pleased with the service call by Christian.
