We are absolutely thrilled with our new Phantom screen, both with the quality and the appearance. The sales person, Lou Mills, was very friendly and informative. Mike Campbell did an outstanding installation. He was extremely professional, and very thorough in explaining the operation of our screen, including maintenance and warranty.
