All my belongings in the basement were ruined from the sewer backup in July. It took 3 days to get rid of all the damaged furniture and other belongings. The 3 different crews were great! Efficient, followed instructions, were careful not to damage my side door, and friendly. I found their pricing affordable. Thanks for a great job guys! I'd recommend you to anyone.

After the Etobicoke flood, my washer & dryer were ruined. Rick came out the day I called, checked my appliances, took photos for the insurance company and the appliances were condemned. Today my new washer & dryer arrived. I called Rick and he came out within an hour or so. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend AC Appliance Repair.

I was pleased that Gutter Filter cleaned and repaired my eavestroughs, and installed their system. Now, a year later the eavestrough has started to leak between the fascia and the trough and I noticed maple keys sliding behind the filter. I have telephoned the company twice about repairing the new drip. I received no response even though I was told I would be called right back. I then sent an email last week without response. My original call was at the end of May. So their installation may be fine but their after care, so far, is non-existent. Since writing this review the company returned my call and explained that they have been busy with installations and would get to my problem by the middle of next week. Two service men came by today and checked my roof and gutters, answered my questions and did some minor repair work to my eaves. They were knowledgeable and courteous.

What could this company do to improve their services?
The company has a call centre, not a receptionist. Calls are not returned when stated, or not returned at all. If the call centre says that someone will call you that day by noon, and the person cannot get back to you, the centre should call and let you know. I find the communication dodgy.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
If phone calls are not returned, call everyday until you get a response.
