Ather came for our annual furnace maintenance. As always he did an excellent job, he is very thorough and takes the time to explain to me what he is doing and any recommendations he might have for us. We have been working with Cosmopolitan for nearly a decade now and I have nothing but good things to say about them and Ather in particular.

We have dealt with Cosmopolitan Mechanical for a few years now and I cannot recommend them enough. Ather is the technician who works with us. He is very professional and thorough. What I really like about Ather is that he takes the time to explain what he is doing and why he is doing it. He gives clear recommendations on what we can do to improve our AC performance and he does not try to sell us on anything, which I like as well. Also a thumbs up to James who schedules are appointments, he was able to resolve a conflict for us this time around, no moaning or complaining about a mistake I made, just accomodated us which I really appreciated.
