Carlo did an excellent job on the tiling of our wall. The tiles were small so the job was intricate. Our wall is a showcase for our fireplace. He was professional, prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Carlo.

I wish I had read some of the reviews before going to Fitz Flooring. I presumed they were a reputable firm, but found out the opposite. We ordered carpet on September 26, 2015 and were told it would be 6 a 8 weeks, and still do not have it. We had to prepay half of the value on ordering. Same as others, we did not hear anything and after 8 weeks I tried to contact someone to see where our order stood. No one responded. This company has a terrible communication policy. When I did ask to speak to the manager, I was told that the carpet would be on its way and installed this week. Today I get a call stating that it did not make it on the truck! We are now going on three months waiting for a carpet that should have been installed in November. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
