Poor communication, wrong part ordered, missed service appointment and a manager who refused to take responsibility or even apologize after four afternoons I took off work. I was referred by Kitchen Aid and did not check reviews. I wish I had. My experience was completely frustrating and rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Same as below - DON'T RELAY ON THESE COMMENTS, NO NAMES, CONTACTS, DATES, APPLIANCE NAME - No customer of the first and last name in our data base. This message is to HomeStars management - please control authentication of people that write any reviews on this site. When legit customer writes review, that is what big manufactures are doing, they state their name, address, model number so the company can respond. 99.9% of reviews on this site are unknown or with FAKE names.
