Had a home inspection on a property I wanted to purchase. The home was fully renovated so I didn't think there would be any problems, come to find out there where a lot of big and little problems. This allowed me to address all these issues with the seller and potentially saved me a lot of money on problems that I would have found out about a few months down the road. Rob is very professional, has all the gadgets. He knows what he's doing, explains a few things to you after the inspection and then sends you a detailed report with pictures.
