Roy was pleasant and polite, showed up ahead of time and did his job thoroughly and quickly. It was pretty much the perfect service experience. The fact that he laughed at a couple of my jokes was a bonus.

It's hard to imagine that a company could treat you any better than Cozy World treated us when they replaced our furnace/air conditioner. Every aspect of their operation was first-rate, and at a competitive price. Dealing with them was a dream.
