Called an appliance repair store to have some one come out to repair my 2 year old Whirlpool dryer. They had Whirlpool send out a technician.. The tech was at my home for 5 minutes. He told me I needed a dryer kit and that my duct work needed to be cleaned. He could come back with the kit. I called Whirlpool's parts distributor and was told that there was no dryer kit available for my model. Thus I called a different repair shop and they came with all the rollers and a belt that could be required as per the original techs analysis.. All the parts were installed and the problem still existed. This tech couldn't figure out the problem either.... No Charge but Whirlpool's original Contractor was paid by them and they sent a collection agency after me for the service call. I shouldn't have to pay for a service call to repair my dryer if the diagnosis was wrong and the repair didn't happen! Their customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced as a consumer. This is my second night mare with them. First time was a top of the line KItchen Aid Stove top. I didn't know that Whirlpool owns them along with numerous other brands.... BUYER BEWARE!
