Anil and his crew were great. They were on-time, efficient/fast, and very careful. They were also very very nice guys - cheeful and friendly. You're in good hands with this crew and they will very quickly put you at ease that they know what they're doing. I've moved many times and this was, hands down, my best experience with a mover to date. I think their price is competitive too ($95/hour). Thanks for taking the worry out of moving!

Frank, we were impressed by the quality and thoroughness of your inpection. You educated us about assessing home security and pointed out a number of practical things that we could do to make things safer. You could have pushed unnecessary and costly products on us, but you were honest about what was warranted in our situation. Thanks for telling it like it is! I should also mention that Frank pointed out a potential structural problem with our basement, that we otherwise would not have known about; Frank knows houses. I would definitely recommend Frank to others.

Thank you so much for the kind words and review Shirine! It is much appreciated! You have somewhat of an interesting case here; I don't think it's an "awful" situation necessarily, but definitely an interesting one. I find it amusing how your realtor told you "don't bother with a home inspection" Well, I certainly don't want to do a sales job on people, but really, with the cost of a home, I think it should be up to the people buying the home who should make that call. I mean really, when you tell your realtor about the interesting situation with your basement what will they say? A home inspector would have picked up on that the second they went down there. Would I say you bought a lemon? Hardly, it's a beautiful home, but I think there was unfinished business to be taken care of before the home was sold to you. A bit of unnecessary aggravation. I’m sure it will all work out in the end! Thanks again Shirine, and thank you for choosing Classic Home Inspections!
