Meshach clearly explained why our refrigerator freezer was not working. He suggested we try a more straightforward solution to see if that would fix the problem. This was rather than start a more complex and expensive solution. The first approach worked and the freezer was back to normal within an hour or so. Highly recommended.

Atiar quickly responded to my call for help with a KitchenAid fridge that was not cooling. He was clearly knowledgeable, responsive and professional. He diagnosed the problem as a timer/compressor issue. He warned us that as the appliance was more than 10 years old his repair was likely to fail. It did fail within 48 hours but he came out to inspect the unit. He confirmed his assessment. He refunded our payment. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
