Alexander has not even begun our IKEA kitchen installation but I am already exceptionally impressed with him. He is courtesous, quick to respond to emails, very accommodating and more than anything else his knowledge of this line of cabinets is fantastic. He was able to pick out design flaws from the paper plan I developed with the IKEA kitchen people that would have been a nuisance to deal with later - and these details were missed by other people who provided me quotes on the kitchen. I can't wait for him to start next week!
