I am writing this review to let people know that this is a company to be trusted because they did great, clean and efficient work for me. I am the owner of a new home. The plumbing contractor who did plumbing of the whole house for me did a bad job for 3 of the 5 showers in my house. Both the temperature control and water flow rate control were not properly adjusted! They did not even reply to our repeated request for correcting their mistakes. Finally, my architect (also builder) found us this company and they came and redid the controls to put the shower faucets back into proper working conditions in 2 hours, efficiently, promptly and cleanly. I thank them very much for providing great, punctual, efficient and clean service. They will be my plumbing service people from now on. Great experience with INTEX Surface Solutions. - Great work. This is my second review for INTEX Surface Solutions. Three years after moving into my new house with great marble floor both on the main floor and in the basement, I was saddened by cracks on the beautiful marble floor. The cracks were due to foundation settlement of the new house. I was given two options to restore the floor; 1) change cracked tiles and 2) repair the cracks with epoxy then re-polish the floor. Due to the complicity of the baseboard design and locations of the cracks, I opt for repairing the cracks with epoxy. Due to my previous great experience with INTEX Surface Solutions, I asked them to come and give me an estimate for the repair and polish. It was a very good decision because Raymond (owner of INTEX Surface Solutions) came the next day, gave me a great estimate (the job including repairing the cracks, chips, polishing and sealing was for 2 experience people, 4 days) and a schedule. He kept his promise; he came on time and finished the work cleanly and beautifully exceeding my expectation! His knowledge of the different marbles to be handled (grind, polish and seal) differently amazed me. He did the floor several times (on some areas) to ensure the perfect outcome for my marble (limestone) floor until he was satisfied with the result. His knowledge of stones and work attitude are great and so meticulous that I am very impressed. I decided on having him to care for my marble floors from now on. When I was building my new luxury home in 2016, my builder/architect took me to ROCA design to choose the locks and door hardware (hinges, handles etc). Simon was helping us at the time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He helped us to pick our dream products quickly and offered us good price. I was completely satisfied with the product and service. Soon, my builder used the top quality product to finish my doors and my family have been enjoying the new house with great feeling of the comfortable touch of the door handles and smooth opening of the doors. Then, just recently, the deadbolt of the front entrance door is not working, and I phoned ROCA Design for help. Simon came quickly and tried to fix the deadbolt. For a moment, it looked like he fixed it but as soon as he left, the deadbolt was not working again. Due to the pandemic, and the lock was still working without the function of the deadbolt, I asked Simon to defer coming to fix it again. Now, the pandemic eased somewhat I asked Simon to take a look of the deadbolt problem again. Simon again came quickly, tried the deadbolt function quickly and replaced the Mortise lock mechanism with a new one. The deadbolt function is operational again. Simon did not charge me anything for coming twice and replace the lock mechanism. He came just before the Thanksgiving weekend too. I really appreciate Simon's great after sales service, I really do. In building of my new home, we used many contractors and suppliers. Most of them are not that good. Some are excellent though, ROCA Design is one of the best in supplying great products at reasonable price and excellent after sales service. I heartily recommend ROCA Design. The very satisfied customer.

Matt of Cedar Guys is very knowledgeable in the business. He took time to patiently answered all my questions and concerns prior to the project and gave me good advice for preparation (like soaker hoses and cedar mulch to get) for the planting. On the day of the planting, Paula and crew came on time and efficiently planted the cedar hedges, installed the soaker hoses and spread the cedar mulch. They did the work efficiently, politely and did a beautiful cleaning job after. They also took time to explain to me the maintenance procedure and the importance of maintaining sufficient water in the root balls, all very clearly. Thank you to Cedar Guys for the great job and now the cedar hedges are growing well. Thank you and I must say that I am lucky to find you guys for the job. Thank you from a very happy customer. Great experience with INTEX Surface Solutions. - Great work. I love the natural looks of stone and wood, they are beautiful. For that, I requested my architect to integrate as much stone and wood as possible into the design of my new home. He did, he created a beautiful home for me. He chose beautiful marbles for my floors and showers and chose granites for my countertops, backsplashes and the bar. His creation is beautiful, very beautiful. During construction, he protected the finished floors with paper then hardboard and plywood. After construction is completed and the floor protection removed, I was stunt to see that my floor is ruined! There were remaining tape, grout and glue on my marble floor from construction everywhere! There were stains from coffee and tea too. I was much sadden by the scene. I hired cleaners and they used 'Goof Off' and plastic wall scrappers trying to clean the floors. That was not successful because the majority of the dirt did not come off and the floor area is too big for the operation. Just before I gave up I went to the website and was lucky to stumble into INTEX surface solutions. It caught my attention because of their 'Stone care guide'. It was my luck that I contacted Robert of INTEX. I briefly explained the situation to him over the phone and he came to take a look. In our short meeting, I was totally bought by his knowledge. He assured me the floor can be restored and he also explained and recommended to me that I should also seal all the (marble) showers. I decided to have him doing the work because I trust him and his price is very reasonable. That was a great decision on my part to trust the job to him because Robert and his crew are very knowledgeable. They did they work meticulously, cleanly and with heart. Now all my showers were cleaned and sealed and my floor is restored, sealed and shine! What a beautiful floor and what a beautiful experience. I do owe Robert and his INTEX crew for such a great job. I do want others who need to have their service to know about INTEX Surface Solutions because they will be happy to have chosen them too. I have already requested Robert and his INTEX crew to come and acid clean the exterior of my new home off the cement and mortar streaks, seal the flagstone in the front steps and seal the stone on the driveway and patio early summer. I am really impressed by their knowledge and Robert's good and honest recommendations (for the good of the customer and not only for getting more business). Thank you Robert, thank you INTEX. Thank you for the spectacular job. Thank you for your skills, working with heart and going extra steps for the breathtaking results. I cannot ask for more! Thank you.

After using the service, very little weed appeared. The service people are very polite. Also they close the back yard gate after service too. Good service. Would recommend to friends.
