HONEST. HELPFUL. TIMELY. Yesterday, I discovered black mold in a closet. I spoke with Maria and sent an email with photos. A short while later, she got back to me with a very rough estimate and we booked an assessment for today. This morning she called to reconfirm the appointment, then later called to confirm the expected arrival time. She and her technician were very pleasant and professional, answering all my questions. After a thorough examination, they suggested I could correct the problem myself with a product they recommended. All of this for free. I was very impressed and would highly recommend their services.

We chose John Etheridge, Pretty Handy Guy, based on Homestars' recommendations and were extremely pleased with his services. John is personable, knowledgeable, honest, and responsible. He kept us informed at each stage of the project, willingly made changes as the project progressed and most importantly for us, devoted his entire time to our project rather than spreading his time between several ongoing projects. We have already scheduled him for two more projects.
