Sara did our blinds and drapes when we moved in 2010 and again when we renovated the same house in 2017. Both times she was able to quickly understand our needs and brought great suggestions for styles, colours and fabrics. The picture shows a small window in our kitchen that could not be enlarged for structural reasons. Sara helped us pick a pattern and colour that complemented the tiles and a style that drew attention away from the height of the window. In addition she did blinds in two bathrooms, main floor semi-transparent curtains and blackout curtains for the master bedroom. We would definitely use Sara's services again.

We hired Floorwood Solutions based on the reviews posted here and they were amazing. We had them remove the old carpeting and worn-out strip hardwood from our main and second floors plus the staircase and replace it with 5" wide Vintage fumed oak engineered hardwood (and solid oak treads on the stairs). There were a lot of issues with the wonky sub-floor in our 110-year old house and Floorwood fixed it marvelously. Robert and Derek are very skilled in their art and take great pride in their work -- they just don't stop until everything is right. The work site was always left neat at the end of each day and dust control was admirable. Patricia kept the communication moving smoothly through e-mail. The final result is beautiful and we are now inspired to decorate. Thank you Floorwood!

The first year we used White Shark they were okay. The second year they didn't show up in the Fall and instead came in the Spring and dented our evestroughs with their ladder. The third year they called in the Fall and told us they'd be coming in the Spring and we told them to take a hike. And they have the gall to stick a sign on their customers' front lawns and leave it when they're done.

After years of using the local guys who did a sloppy job (if they even came at all) I decided to give TTT a try. Pierce was excellent to deal with and the job was very thorough and neat. I'll be calling TTT for all our gutters and aluminum work from now on.

There's many positive reviews here and Skylights Unlimited did not disappoint. Our installation was a bit tricky, with a steep roof, a long tunnel and uneven rafters and joists. The installation crew was on-time, efficient (2 days) and very neat. They did not leave a mess inside or outside the house. The final work looks great and adds much-needed light to a formerly dim room. All around a job well done!

I have used Mount Pleasant three times over the last six years and they always do a great job. We have used them for tricky tree removals (entangled overhead wires) and trimming branches above a 2-story roof.

We bought a new front-load washer and dryer set from Caplan's and were very pleased with the experience. The salesperson was knowledgeable and pleasant (not at all pushy) and the delivery was on-time and the set-up was competent. The delivery guys got the 27" appliances down a 28" basement stairwell with minimal scuffing. Caplan's then followed up to ask us if we were satisfied with the products and installation. The price was good too.

John did a high quality installation for a fair price. Our 90 year old house has many non-standard doors and cut-outs but John handled these challenges very well. The only reason a 10 rating was not given is that he arrived an hour earlier than scheduled and could have been more responsive to customer feedback regarding handset styles.

This is the second time I've used Tender Touch and they were fantastic. My crew (Wayne, Demar and Justin) were on-time, polite, careful and efficient. Nothing damaged or lost. Would definitely use them again!
