James and his team at Lakeshore Tree Services were excellent from start to finish. They took down a giant, rotting hazardous tree in our backyard. It was a huge job, and the team from Lakeshore Tree Services was diligent, safe and respectful to us, our property and our neighbours. James clearly communicated all plans and guided us through the application process with the city. There were no unexpected costs - the estimate matched the invoice exactly. We were referred by our neighbours by word of mouth and are the fifth family on our street to use their services. I think that speaks a great deal about their integrity, consistency and workmanship. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Duct Cleaning Specialists. They were prompt, professional and thorough. Their equipment was clean, technician (Mark)was polite and friendly, and ducts are now spotless. We wanted our ducts cleaned prior to a new baby arriving as the previous owners had pets. They were able to accommodate our time requests, and left no evidence that they were there other than clean vents and dryer vent. I particularly liked their commitment to charity and the free dryer vent clean with a $50 contribution to Big Brothers Big Sisters. We will not hesitate to use them again when needed!
