Wow, wow, wow!! To say we were impressed would be a huge understatement. I left a message in the evening and was called back early the next day. Rob took the time to thoroughly discuss what would likely need to be done and then they showed up the next morning at exactly the time stated. The technician's name was Glen and he was etremely professional and very nice. Also took the time to exxplain things in detail and, when a few complications arose, quickly found a solution that worked best for us. Both Rob and Glen understand the meaning of true customer service and we and other family members are already planning other electrical work. We won't even consider looking at another company as these chaps are beyond fantastic. Well done sirs!
