Exquisite Full Home Painting Project
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I called Estezo Estates for a paint estimate and not only did Jerson come out personally he spent nearly an hour and half going over all the details with me. He explained that the price he quoted would include filling, patching and repairing everything so that when they primed and painted everything would look brand new. A paint contract is not something we get often. We ALWAYS quote to - patch, fill, fix, then prime and paint. You cannot guarantee your job without guaranteeing what is beneath it. You should ALWAYS prime. This attention to detail makes our quote more expensive then others. We ussually spend 2-3 times more hours on our paint projects then our competition.
