I would say from the beginning I had a positive and informative experience with the company. The salesman was very informative. the insulation process was efficient and completed in one day. The benefit of the product was immediate and the temperature difference was noticeable. The quality of the product is excellent! After 15 months, we realized an issue with opening one of the windows, and they were repaired within 48 hours of us calling the company. Their customer care was very direct and met our needs.
