As one can imagine, a bathroom leak can be very scary to a home owner, especially to one that knows nothing about plumbing. We called Mark and he was amazing! He completely empathized with our situation and sense of urgency. He arrived on time, was thorough in his trouble shooting until he found the problem, and left our house cleaner than when he arrived. The cost was less than expected, which when it comes to needing a trade in an emergency situation, is definitely welcoming and gave us a huge sense of relief.
