Had a backed up shower drain that I tried to use a snake with myself. Was still blocked, called and the block must have moved after my attempt, was gone by the time they showed up. Got them to do the work anyway with a better snake and they were very gracious, did a good job and I hope I don't have any issues again for quite sometime now.

We saw a place on a whim and had to move fast. We took possession about 17 days after seeing the place for the first time. Chris made himself available very quickly but we didn't feel like he was rushing his inspection, he was very thorough. He took his time, went through every possible access point and explained very clearly everything he thought needed work or could be a problem down the road. We took many of his suggestions to heart and a year later (purchased 2015) we're still very happy with our purchase. Thanks Chris.
