Sean was excellent to work with! We needed him to inspect a home on short notice and he got back to us immediately. He allowed us to observe as he inspected the house over 4.5 hours and patiently explained what he was observing and what was concerning. He prepared an extremely comprehensive report that prioritized the issues he found, complete with photos. He is also readily accessible after the inspection for further follow up and questions. I would highly recommend Sean if you are looking for a home inspector!
