I contacted Denis a couple of weeks before I purchased our new tv. He responded immediately and provided a quote for mounting our new tv. I contacted him again the day I received our TV. He was over the next day at 9 a.m. to mount our new tv on the wall. Very professional. In this time of Covid, he came with a mask and gloves. He worked quickly and efficiently. He made sure we understood how to use the features on our new tv before he left. Very happy with the service!

Initial email request to Derek's was promptly replied to. They were doing work on our street and Peter came and gave me a quote that was the same as the other quotes I'd received. Pruning was done a week later. They arrived on time, put our furniture out the way, did the pruning, cleaned up and put everything back in it's place. Would definitely use Derek's again.

Mike repaired our garage door in December 2012 after a car slid into it. He said the repair would last roughly a year. Sure enough the door broke a couple of weeks ago. 45 mintues after calling Mike, he showed up at our door and was able to open the door so I could get a car out. Mike had a good selection of quality doors to choose from. He and his colleague arrived when they said they would and the door was installed in the time they said it would be. We are happy with the new door. Great to know that there is a company that responds so quickly to their customers needs!!! Thanks!

Our garage door was damaged due to a car sliding down into it due to the ice. I was convinced that we would need a new door but Mike arrived and was able to fix the door so that it is fully functioning. He also replaced the cables that were fraying. I will definitely call again when we need garage door maintenance.

Our front door was in desperate need of a makeover. Shane gave us an accurate estimate and start time. Glen arrived an did a fantastic job refinishing our door. He sanded it down and picked out the perfect stain to match our eaves. Glen takes tremendous pride in his work and we're extremely pleased with the way our door looks!

Our garage door opener broke yesterday, after looking up garage door repair on Homestars, I quickly found All City. They were very helpful and friendly and were able to set up an appointment for this afternoon. Paul [the installer] explained the issue with our old opener [and why it broke] and how the new one was an improved model. He also repaired part of the door that was separating from the frame at no extra cost. Very satisfied!

Ryan showed up early to clean our ducts. He was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was being done as well as cleaned our filters, just to be helpful! Will definitely use Laird again, they are coming to clean the furnace next week!

The whole experience was positive, from the initial meeting, to the drawings, revisions, workman and finished product. The quote was exactly what I expected it to be. The finished product is to the highest quality. Some of the plants didn't take and they replaced them right away. Very pleased with this company and would use them again.

ADT has numerous home security options. The sales rep went through all the options and we picked the system that suited us best. The installation was seemless. The techinician explained the system well. We feel secure with our decision!

Taylor was recommended to us and our quote was accurate and everything seemed to be going well. They delivered all the boxes and packing paper to our home. The movers arrived on time and worked efficiently. Our furniture and boxes needed to be in storage for 4 days. The plan was to leave everything on the truck and then deliver it on move in day. They took it off the truck at their storage facility and subsequently broke our dining room table. They didn't inform us of this until the truck was empty and our table was missing. The positive end was that they repaired the table beautifully and it is in better shape then when they loaded it on to their truck!! In the end, we were satisfied.

Supershade has thousands of options for all types of windows. We wanted a specific top down bottom up shades to offer privacy at times for two windows while still allowing light from the top. John provided us with an accurate quote and the installer was very friendly and worked very efficiently. Hunter Douglas is a great product.

Space Solutions provided us with great ideas to organize our closets and garage. The drawings were accurate so we knew exactly what we were getting. The quote was very detailed. Steve is a very professional and personable individual who provides quick response to calls and excellent service. He tells you what the problem is and how much it will cost before he begins. We've used his services three times, never for the same appliance. He specializes in large appliances.

Dan is very personal and professional. He arrives promptly and completes the job to perfection. He spots additional little things and fixes them quickly. When the job is done, Dan cleans up so that you'd never known he was there, except that your home looks that much better. He goes the extra mile to provide excellent service and we would definitely use him again. For us he tiled our basement bathroom floor, fixed a hole in the wall, painted, affixed a new mailbox and installed a new front door handle.

Alex was very professional providing us with a detailed quote of everything that would be painted in our home. Willis, the painter, worked meticulously and the painting was excellent. Would definitely use again. Very pleased with the result! Follow up courtesy call was appreciated as well!

Shanks called back with the hour to set up appointment. Plumber explained where and why the plug had occured. Offered solutions to prevent further problems. I've used Shanks before and their service is excellent.
