We had been searching for Pot Light Installers for the Dinning Room and Master Bedroom long ago, and we found "Pot Light Experts" on Home Stars with an excellent rating of 10 out of 10, which we are very glad with our decision. We had pot lights installed last week on Sept. 22, 2016 with Pot Light Experts, Hossein gave us some useful advises after seeing our place and the team had done an AMAZING job, they even cleaned and vacuumed the areas leaving no dusts after completion. the pot lights make the rooms looking much bigger, and we are so happy with the results. Most important is the quote is very reasonable compare to the competitors. Thank you Hossein and your team.

We are very happy to have Edgar's team to come to fixed someone else messy job. We had water leaking problem from a concrete job done in our backyard few months ago from another company, and it was a disaster that the water was pouring to the basement from the windows every times it rains. Royal Works had done a great job not only to fix the problem, but to waterproof the entire exterior to prevent future issues. Edgar had given me some great suggestions that other companies didn't, such as to complete the job with with filling concrete outside of the window brackets and slope out away from the house to avoid water runs back into the house. In addition, their team is very professional not only the job was completed as discussed or quoted, but also very courtesy. Definitely would recommend to others.

We have done backyard and fences in May 2016, some of the fences were done improperly, the woods were cooked, and they are visible to my neighbours, I can clearly see what my both neighbours are doing in their backyards and they can see me as well. There is no privacy. Privacy is our major consideration when installing the fences, and we were told the pattern we choose is 100% privacy protected, otherwise, we would have to go for a cheaper options. Also, we had the backyard completed with concrete, the slope should be toward outside, it was now toward the house, and the wells were removed without owner consent, and concrete up to window level or even higher, mo pouring water was running to the basement window after rains, we ended up paying a waterproofing company to finish the lousy job. I called Sargoon @SMC several times in the past weeks, and no answers, I was unable to leave voicemail, cause the mailbox is always full and he does not return calls.
