My new Samsung refrigerator started to leak from the ice maker. Samsung referred the warranty repair to Elite Service. After taking a day off work to wait for the technician, he came and said that he wouldn't even look at the refrigerator because the ice maker hadn't been defrosted. But nobody informed us when we arranged the call that we had to defrost the ice maker ahead of time. We called to reschedule a visit, and were disconnected twice without anybody calling us back. I called back a third time at 4:50 PM to get a message that the office was closed, even though the office didn't close until 5:00 PM. I called the next morning and was told that they couldn't schedule another technician after work for another 5 days. They said they would call on Monday to confirm the appointment, but by Tuesday, nobody called back to confirm anything. Terrible service on what was a top-of-the-line purchase.
